That’s why I created A Bit of Thyme.

With a broken healthcare system, the rise of chronic illness, and my own experiences with devastating health issues, I grew passionate about the integrative nutrition and holistic medicine space.

My practice takes a preventative and holistic approach, through sustainable lifestyle changes and bio-individuality (specific to you and your needs), rather than a reactive approach where symptoms are masked with prescriptions and band-aid solutions.

From sharing my story on social media, to group coaching, to working 1:1 with my clients, my goal is to empower you to nourish yourself and heal on a mind body soul level, in a way that best serves you.

Because healing is not a luxury, it’s a human right.

Why health coaching?

Health is so much more than what’s on our plate. It goes far beyond what we eat or how often we sweat ~ it encompasses our life as a whole.

While drinking water and eating veggies are vital for our health, our relationship with ourselves and others, our career, home environment, joy, creativity, and spirituality, impact us in more profound ways than we may realize.

By bringing a holistic awareness to our lives, we are able to live with more alignment and connection. As your health coach, it is my job to guide you towards your own version of balance, bringing you a deeper sense of empowerment and freedom.

Together, we’ll delve into what it means to take a holistic approach to your life, as we discover where you may need a little more TLC, both off and on the plate. Through health coaching, we will create lasting change by implementing sustainable and individualized, daily practices, designed solely for you. Together, we’ll determine exactly what does and doesn’t work for you, while exploring fresh, new ways to approach your life and health. As we work together, your gut and intuition will guide us, giving you the space to discover what nourishes your mind, body, and soul.

My holistic practice blends nutrition and food as medicine with embodiment techniques/mind-body connection, mindfulness, mental health advocacy, connection to self, body image, self esteem, self compassion, non-toxic living, and more, bringing you a lifetime of balance and healing.

Through years of personal experience and training, I specialize in chronic illness and gut health conditions including Dysbiosis, Leaky Gut, SIBO, Candida, & Celiac Disease/Gluten Intolerance & Allergy, autoimmune diseases, food sensitivity & intolerance, mold toxicity/illness & allergies, mycotoxin toxicity, anti-histamine/mast cell low histamine conditions, weight loss & weight gain, cravings, plant based nutrition & medicine.
